Founded in 1897 by the Norwegian entrepreneur Christian Berner, Berner Industrier AB is a Swedish industrial group headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and is historically recognized for its long development from a technical trading business into a Nordic group focused on sustainable technology. Formerly known as Christian Berner Tech Trade AB, the company adopted the name Berner Industrier in 2024 and today operates through two business areas, Technology & Distribution and Energy & Environment, offering products and solutions that contribute to clean energy, clean water, sustainable resource utilization, improved industrial efficiency, and reduced environmental impact. As of 2025, the group consisted of ten companies with approximately 250 employees across the Nordic region. For the year ended December 31, 2025, Berner Industrier reported net sales of SEK 1,000.2 million, reflecting its position as an established Nordic industrial group operating in selected niche markets within sustainable technology.
